Our Butler Service begins before you even arrive in Santa Fe when one of our highly trained and seasoned butlers contacts registered Hacienda guests about their upcoming visit. Let us help line up activities or make arrangements ahead of time to make the most of your time at The Hacienda.
You will be greeted upon arrival by your personal butler who will explain the property’s many features and make certain you are settled comfortably in your room at our luxury downtown Santa Fe hotel. In addition, guests are provided with the direct line to their personal butler. Our butlers come to you so you don’t have to go to the front desk.
Services offered by The Hacienda butlers include, but are not limited to:
- Luggage unpacking, clothes pressing, shoe shinning and transportation by our free shuttle service to your planned activities or business meetings in a timely manner
- Sending clothes to be dry cleaned or washed in house
- Assisting with dining and spa suggestions and reservations
- Room service if you are too tired to get out or just want to relish the privacy of your room
- Running errands, purchasing/picking up event tickets, suggesting local activities and excursions to explore the local area
- Packing/shipping your purchases; printing boarding passes and booking reservations for your return visit.
- You will also find our butlers available in the Hacienda Lounge each morning for breakfast and in the evening during our hospitality hour.
